I’m working with a housing association based in Liverpool, to recruit a Business Intelligence Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly formed, dynamic team at the heart of a major digital transformation programme.
You’ll play a key role in building a modern BI reporting framework using Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric, helping the organisation unlock insights that improve services and support strategic decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and delivering insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL.
- Supporting the development of a new data warehouse and cloud-based systems.
- Acting as a business partner to key teams, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance (including GDPR).
- Supporting regulatory submissions and driving improvements in performance reporting.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in social housing or local authority
- Experience with Power BI, SQL Server, and data modelling.
- A passion for turning data into stories that drive action.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple systems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
This is a hybrid role, with 1/2 day a week being based in their office in Liverpool.
The salary is £41,000 with some great benefits, professional development, and opportunities to grow your career.
