Business Analyst

Recruit with Purpose is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected housing association in London that’s looking for a well-rounded Business Analyst to join their team for a 7-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. The Role:

They’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering digital transformation across the business. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading business analysis activities across various projects
• Designing and facilitating workshops with project and business stakeholders
• Modelling and redesigning business processes to industry standards
• Identifying opportunities for service and process improvements
• Supporting the business in defining user needs through clear, actionable user stories
• Ensuring requirements traceability and alignment with business outcomes
• Collaborating with change and adoption teams to embed new ways of working

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement
• A track record of delivering process improvement and change initiatives
• Deep understanding of business process design with a user-centric approach
• Experience working within social housing or the public sector
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics platforms
