Recruit with Purpose are partnered with a fantastic housing association in London who are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their growing IT team.
This role will offer social purpose, but also provide you with the opportunities, training and support to set yourself up for a rewarding career in IT. As part of the IT support function at this housing association, you'll provide essential 2nd and 3rd line support for core business applications such as our housing management system (Aareon QLx), asset management system (Asprey), and key platforms including Microsoft Dynamics and SUN Finance. You'll play a vital role in investigating and resolving application-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. Additionally, you'll proactively monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
In this role you will have mapped out career paths from day 1 and will receive ample training and development to fast track you on your way.

- Experience in an application support role previously
- Previous experience working with housing management systems (Aareon QLx preferred)
- Hands-on knowledge with Dynamics development would be advantageous
- Familiarity with integration platforms e.g. Azure integration services, APIs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Customer facing qualities, the ability to put the customers' outcomes at the forefront of their work
