I’m working with a Housing Association to recruit a brand new AI Solutions Manager to join an exciting new Data Department. This role will shape how data, insights and emerging technologies support decision‑making, efficiency and customer outcomes across the organisation.

You will build the roadmap, lead cross‑functional projects and take people on a journey as the organisation adopts AI and next‑generation analytics. Data is becoming increasingly central in housing, and this organisation is investing heavily in modern analytics capability. They want to elevate how insights drive decisions, improve services and unlock efficiencies.

You’ll lead advanced analytics delivery, embed AI‑enabled ways of working, and champion the adoption of modern tools, techniques and methodologies. This role is about culture, influence and helping teams understand the power of data and AI, in a way that is meaningful and aligned to the organisation’s strategic goals.

A big part of the role will be defining the backlog, owning the roadmap, and steering the organisation’s analytical development. You will embed new tools, new methodologies and new ways of thinking which will drive innovation across the Group. The Housing Association wants to be more insight‑driven, and you’ll have senior‑level buy‑in to make that happen.
