Recruit Wealth are representing a highly successful national Financial Planning business who are currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator to their team. Our client is a modern, highly ethical business who offer a whole of market proposition to their existing and new clients. They offer expert advice and guidance to individuals and business owners around pension, investment and taxation needs. The business is recognised as a leading brand in the UK with an enviable and award winning reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
  • Ensuring appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to the relevant client records
  • Maintaining all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
  • Arrange client meetings when required
  • Prepare client files for adviser meetings for both new and existing clients
  • Processing and monitoring of all new business (both for new and existing clients)
  • Issue policy documents
  • Gather background information to facilitate a response to a client enquiry if required
  • Provide support to other staff where needed
  • Liaising with paraplanning and operations teams to assist with any queries

This role will undoubtedly suit an individual who has Financial Planning Administration background but looking to make the next step up. Study support for recognised industry exams are all paid for with the view of becoming a Paraplanner if desired or moving into Operations or even Management.
