Role Overview

Recruit Wealth are representing one of the UK’s fastest growing, national Financial Planning & Wealth Management businesses who are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their regional Warwick offices. With 50 offices nationally, our client is a modern, highly ethical and rewarding employer to work for who can offer genuine career opportunities for Financial Services professionals. Our client offers expert, regulated, independent advice to private clients, companies and trustees in all areas of Financial Planning & Wealth Management. Please note: Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish. However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators.

Responsibilities

  • Client correspondence, written and verbal
  • Processing new business, pension, investment & protection
  • Chasing providers/insurers
  • Preparation of client review packs
  • Arranging client meetings and managing the financial planner's diary
  • Illustration requests
  • Accurate use of IO/Intelligent Office software
  • Maintain client records and ensure client files are well presented, accurate and compliant.
  • Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate.
  • General back-office support.
