Our client offers expert, regulated, independent advice to private clients, companies and trustees across all areas of Financial Planning & Wealth Management.
Overview Of The Role
- Client correspondence, written and verbal
- Processing new business, pension, investment & protection
- Chasing providers/insurers
- Preparation of client review packs
- Arranging client meetings and managing the financial planner's diary
- Illustration requests
- Accurate use of IO/Intelligent Office software
- Maintain client records and ensure client files are well presented, accurate and compliant.
- Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate.
- General back-office support.
