We are recruiting for an experienced Financial Planner to join our existing adviser team at a Canary Wharf office. The role involves servicing existing high‑net‑worth clients, generating new business, conducting in‑house lead generation and maintaining constant referrals. The client book will be discussed during the application process, but experience with large asset‑under‑management portfolios, recurring income, and long‑term high‑quality clients is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the advisory team to service existing high‑net‑worth clients across South East and London, including travel and video meetings.
- Generate new client activity through in‑house lead generation and referrals.
- Provide expert knowledge of investments, pensions, and related products to secure clients’ financial future.
- Maintain a purely consultative approach, building long‑term relationships without quick sales.
- Receive full administration and paraplanning support.
Qualifications
- Many years of advisory experience.
- Currently working towards Chartered status or already qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner.
- Strong knowledge of high‑net‑worth client needs, investments, pensions, and related products.
- Ability to travel within South East and London; comfortable with video meetings.
Compensation includes a high basic salary of £50,000–£120,000 and a bespoke annual bonus package. The role is employed only; office and home working options are available but require a commutable distance to Canary Wharf or London.
