The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting Mortgage & Protection Advisers throughout the client journey, ensuring an efficient and professional experience from application through to completion.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing full administrative support to Mortgage & Protection Advisers
- Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising professionally with clients, lenders, insurers and third parties
- Supporting mortgage applications from submission through to completion
- Delivering a consistently high standard of client service
- Assisting with compliance and internal processes in line with FCA requirements
About You
