Recruit Wealth represents one of the UK’s fastest‑growing national financial planning businesses. This newly created advisory role is based in the Maidstone office and serves an existing client bank of 120 households, while also building new business across Kent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide holistic financial planning, wealth management, investment management and professional services to clients.
- Maintain and expand the current client portfolio and pursue new advisory opportunities.
- Work closely with the team to deliver full paraplanning and administrative support.
- Support home and office working arrangements.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in financial planning, with a strong track record in pension, investment and protection advice to private clients.
- CAS qualified and FCA registered.
- Preferably based in the Kent area to service the existing client bank.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: £70,000 – £100,000 per year.
- Excellent bonuses available through initial fee/new business, recurring income, and AUM.
- Fair and transparent charging/fee structure with market‑leading propositions.
