Recruit Wealth is representing one of the UK’s fastest growing and largest national Financial Planning businesses, recruiting an experienced Administrator to join one of their regional offices across the country. Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and Adviser if desired, though it is not a prerequisite for consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Client correspondence, written and verbal.
  • Processing new business.
  • Preparation of client review packs.
  • Arranging client meetings and managing the Adviser’s diary.
  • Illustration requests.
  • Ensuring all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Maintaining client records on the company software and ensuring the client files are well presented, accurate and compliant.
  • Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate.
  • Providing general back‑office support using IO software.
