Recruit Wealth represents one of the UK's largest Wealth Management brands and is looking for a Client Manager to join its experienced Bristol operation. The role sits at the centre of the client relationship offering and helps shape how the brand engages with clients, both existing and new.
The role
- Develop client relationships by responding to enquiries from new and existing clients and identifying opportunities to deliver advice and wealth management services. Success will be measured through referrals to advisory teams.
- Engage clients in line with targets and service standards, reacting to incoming queries and proactively contacting existing clients.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including CDP and relevant qualifications.
- Keep accurate client files and produce management information on client engagement and service delivery via the back-office system.
Skills and capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoy building relationships with clients and colleagues across departments.
- Experience of client management, ideally within financial advisory or wealth management, either as a relationship/account manager or in a support role.
- Achieved or close to achieving a Level 4 qualification in investment management or financial planning.
- Good understanding of retail investments and pensions.
- Self-starter, highly organised, able to work well independently, and eager to make things happen.
This role may progress to advising or to paraplanning functions, offering scope for professional development, a generous salary, company benefits, and a professional working culture.
