Working alongside your selected adviser(s), providing invaluable support on a day-to-day basis in a busy and varied role, reminding them of important tasks and deadlines.

Diary management required, making appointments with clients and external contacts. Act as the first point of contact with their client bank.

Prepare and compile reports, presentations and correspondence and collate relevant paperwork. Organise and prioritise your workload managing the administration of client policies and plans dealing with providers and business partners.

Proactively chase through pipeline business working with your advisers, clients, solicitors, and business partners to ensure that the highest possible standard of service is provided.

About You

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work through issues with customers and colleagues in a calm, proficient and effective manner.
  • Strong, proficient IT skills in MS Office, Excel, and CRM systems such as Curo.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment at a fast growing company.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
