Recruit UK is working with a respected Financial Planning firm in West Yorkshire that is looking to appoint a Wills Trusts Administrator to join its legal department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised Wills Trusts Administrator who enjoys working in a client focused environment and supporting a busy team with a broad range of administrative and client servicing duties. This role is suitable for both junior and experienced candidates, provided that you are currently working within a Legal Administration support role.

You will provide administrative support to the Private Client team, helping to ensure work is managed efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to clients. Responsibilities will include:

  • Writing Wills Trust letters
  • Dealing with Probate procedures
  • Writing LPA letters (Lasting Power of Attorney)
  • Office Public Guardian registrations and competencies
  • Preparing client documentation and correspondence
  • Opening and maintaining accurate client files
  • Liaising with clients
