Recruit UK is partnering with a well-established financial services firm in the UK to recruit a Trainee Operations Officer to join their growing transfers team. As a Trainee Operations Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and accurate movement of stock across multiple counterparties, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and in line with internal controls and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of stock movements, including registrations and transfers, ensuring accurate settlement across client and nominee accounts.
- Monitor operational workflows and internal systems to track trade settlement, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with internal teams and external parties as required.
- Maintain reconciliation processes and reporting controls, including reviewing stock positions, investigating breaks, and supporting ongoing operational improvements, testing, and procedural adherence.
