We’re delighted to be supporting a highly professional and well-established financial planning firm in their search for a Senior Client Services Administrator to join their growing team. This business is known for delivering a first-class, highly personalised service to clients and operates with a strong, team-focused culture behind the scenes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the client journey runs smoothly, while also acting as a senior figure within the administration function and a point of support for the wider team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced wealth management or IFA administrator who enjoys working with complex cases, supporting advisers and paraplanners, and contributing to continuous improvement within a high-quality, regulated environment.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, advisers, paraplanners, and third-party providers
- Processing complex cases including investments, pensions, trusts, and IHT-related planning
- Supporting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administration
- Managing your own caseload efficiently, ensuring work is completed accurately
- Assisting with workflow management and allocation of tasks across the team
- Supporting and coaching junior administrators where required
- Preparing and issuing client correspondence and documentation
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring data integrity
- Assisting with MI reporting and process improvements alongside the Client Services Manager

Skills and experience required:
- Circa 5 years experience in a financial services / wealth management administration role
- Understanding of IO income reconciliation and complaint handling
- Strong technical understanding of pensions, investments, and related products
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable acting as a senior support and escalation point within a team
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial services systems
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulated environments
