Your responsibilities will include: Preparing detailed suitability reports and supporting documentation Analysing client information and financial data Assisting with the development of tailored financial strategies Supporting financial planning across areas including investments, cash flow planning and risk Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records Working closely with advisers to ensure recommendations are clearly documented Ensuring documentation meets relevant compliance and regulatory standards Communicating with clients and colleagues throughout the advice process Managing workloads and follow-ups to ensure cases progress efficiently What are we looking for? Previous paraplanning experience within financial planning or wealth management Diploma in Financial Planning or an equivalent qualification Good knowledge of financial planning principles and processes Strong report writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workloads effectively Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook A professional and client-focused approach
