- Provide high-level administrative support to senior financial planners and executives.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Client account management.

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a tidy, organised, and professional environment.
- Act as the point of contact for vendors, IT support, and building management.
