Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for a lucrative opportunity at a company with a supportive culture?
RecruitUK are working with a boutique IFA in Fareham, committed to delivering outstanding financial planning and client service. They’re seeking a dedicated Paraplanner to support Financial Planners across all aspects of the advice process, from client file preparation through to implementation and ongoing review.

What’s on offer:
- Salary Up to £45,000 DOE, plus annual profit share bonus.
- Hybrid working (1 day a week from home).
- Private medical insurance and sponsored study.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional days added over time.
- Christmas break not taken from holiday allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships and attend meetings when required
- Assist Financial Planners with technical queries
- Send and follow up on Letters of Authority in line with business processes
- Ensure completeness of all client documentation including fact finds, compliance paperwork, and risk profiling
- Conduct cash flow modelling using Voyant
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records across back-office and platform systems
- Analyse product and provider options, prepare comparisons and draft suitability reports
- Support end-to-end processing of business submissions
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years’ paraplanning experience within a financial planning environment
- Strong knowledge of financial services products, planning tools, and modelling software (Voyant desirable)
- Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent (Level 4); additional exams such as J01, J02, or PTS are desirable
