Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Paraplanner to support a team of 5 advisors in delivering exceptional client service and comprehensive financial planning. As a paraplanner, you will assist in gathering client information, analysing financial data, preparing reports, and developing recommendations to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with financial advisors to prepare detailed financial plans and investment reports.
- Collect and analyse client data including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, insurance, and investment holdings.
- Create retirement projections, cash flow models, and insurance analyses using financial planning software (e.g., Voyant)
- Conduct product and fund research to support investment recommendations.
- Ensure that all planning recommendations are compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM and planning systems.
- Provide general administrative support to advisors as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma Level 4 Cii (preferred)
- Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm
- Knowledge & experience of wide range of financial services products
- Confidence in determining the advice journey.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
