Are you a remote T C Manager working in the Financial Planning industry and looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a T C Manager to join a financial planning firm, who specialise in offering expert advice to clients across the UK. You will be supporting trainee IFA’s to reach CAS and will play a pivotal role in their adviser journey throughout their career. You won’t be doing it alone as there is already an established team of T C Managers and supervisors, who you will work closely alongside.

Duties:

  • Ensure the Financial Planners under your umbrella are supervised under the T C scheme
  • Deliver new entrant training and further training where required
  • Work closely with the T C team
  • Assessment using KPI’s to identify developmental areas, agree CPD, deliver training etc

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience working in a T C role within financial planning
  • Level 4 Diploma minimum, ideally also got AF6 and/or J07
  • Solid understanding of FCA regulations and UK market
  • Experience providing effective coaching and training
