Specialising in wealth management for high-net-worth individuals and families, this firm is known for its discretion, attention to detail, and long-standing client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:-
Providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to senior leadership

Managing diaries, travel, emails, and scheduling with precision and foresight

Preparing client-facing documents, reports, and presentations to an exceptional standard

Acting as a key liaison in client communications, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses

Handling sensitive information with absolute discretion

Improving and maintaining systems and internal processes for seamless day-to-day operations

A professional with proven experience in a support role, ideally within financial services or a similar environment
- High experience within the admin role

Outstanding organisational and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
