We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Operations Associate to join a growing investment management firm. Working closely with the Client Operations Manager, you will support clients, advisers and investment professionals across onboarding, account administration, transfers and ongoing servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client onboarding and account opening processes
- Processing transfers, withdrawals and account amendments
- Supporting ISA subscriptions and monitoring incoming funds
- Handling client servicing requests and platform administration
- Maintaining accurate client records and supporting annual reviews
- Liaising with advisers, clients and third-party providers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in wealth management, investment operations or financial services administration
- Understanding of investment products, tax wrappers and client account types
- Strong organisational, communication and IT skills
- Experience with investment platforms and private client environments is advantageous
