Job Description: Client Administrator

Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Administrator to join a well-respected Wealth Management firm with offices in East Malling.

As a Client Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact for clients and support advisers in managing client administration. You will play an important role in ensuring client needs are met efficiently and in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

Responsibilities: Client Administrator

  • Work closely with advisers and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of client services.
  • Ensure all client activity is completed accurately and in line with relevant regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Skills and experience required: Client Administrator

  • Experience working as an administrator dealing with Clients within Financial Services
  • Ideally, experience supporting Financial Advisers in a regulated environment
  • An understanding of SIPP and SASS pension schemes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
  • Desirable: Experience using XPLAN
