Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Adviser to join a well-established Wealth Management firm in Fareham. Our client is a reputable and growing business with strong family values, offering lifestyle financial planning and holistic wealth management services. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a qualified adviser to take over existing client relationships while also supporting the development of new business opportunities in the region.
Responsibilities
- Take over existing client relationships and provide high-quality financial advice.
- Support the development of new business opportunities in the region.
- Work with a full back-office team, including administration and paraplanning.
- Focus on building relationships and delivering honest, genuine advice to create long-term financial security for clients.
Qualifications
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning / CAS status (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience providing face-to-face financial advice
- Excellent relationship management and client care skills
- Experience advising across pensions, investments, ISAs, and IHT planning
- Driven and proactive approach to personal and professional growth
Benefits
- Competitive salary of £55,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped 30% bonus (after salary validation)
