Recruit UK is delighted to be supporting a growing financial planning firm in Harlow as they expand their adviser team. They’re keen to speak with experienced Advisers as well as ambitious Level 4 qualified professionals looking to transition into an adviser role.

The Role
As a Financial Adviser, you will:
- Meet with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments and protection.
- Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage an existing client bank while developing new business opportunities.
- Carry out annual reviews.
- Work alongside experienced paraplanners and administrators.
- Maintain high compliance and regulatory standards.
What They're Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
- Advising experience or a strong desire to move into an adviser position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Client focused and commercially aware.
- Full UK driving licence.
