Recruit UK is supporting a successful multi-office professional advisory company that is hiring a Financial Planning Manager to join their team. Having built an excellent reputation for client service, they have ambitious expansion plans in place, and are looking for this key hire to help drive the growth of their Financial Planning team.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of advisers with a focus on performance, training & competence, in alignment with commercial goals
- Lead recruitment for new team members
- Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and deliver robust solutions
- Provide high-quality ongoing advice to private clients
- Build and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders to drive growth
- Identify client referral opportunities to other parts of the business
- Contribute to the strategy and daily operations
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII, LIBF or CISI)
- 3+ years' experience in a Financial Advice role
- Strong knowledge of the FCA framework and its operational impact
- Understanding of accountancy services (ability to identify cross-referral opportunities)
- Ability to travel between regional offices across Cumbria
- Salary up to £90,000 + bonus (OTE £110,000 +)
