Wealth Advisory Development Manager
Location: Central London | Salary: Up to £90,000 DOE + discretionary bonus | Hybrid working
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Advisory Development Manager to lead a team of up to 10 Wealth Advisers. This pivotal role will focus on driving performance, fostering professional growth, and ensuring exceptional client service for high-net-worth individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion the client experience by ensuring advice is insightful, compliant, and aligned with client goals.
- Lead, support, and develop a high-performing adviser team, instilling a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive commercial outcomes by enabling advisers to uncover opportunities and deepen relationships.
- Implement best practices across client reviews, onboarding, advice processes, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align campaigns, leads, and CRM systems for maximum impact.
About You
- Level 6 qualified (Chartered preferred), with IAD, Level 4 Diploma, or equivalent.
- 8+ years’ experience in financial advice, wealth management, or investment planning.
- Proven track record of managing and coaching advisers to success.
- Strong understanding of HNW client needs, wealth strategies, and market trends.
- Clear communicator, commercially minded, and values-driven.
- Salary up to £90,000 DOE + discretionary bonus scheme
- 24 days holiday (increasing with service) + birthday leave
