Financial Planner

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Adviser to join a well-established Wealth Management firm in Fareham.

Our client is a reputable and growing business with strong family values, offering lifestyle financial planning and holistic wealth management services. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a qualified adviser to take over existing client relationships while also supporting the development of new business opportunities in the region.

You will have the support of a full back-office team, including administration and paraplanning, allowing you to focus on building relationships and providing high-quality financial advice. The firm prides itself on delivering honest, genuine advice to create long-term financial security for its clients.

• Competitive salary of £55,000 – £70,000 (depending on experience)
• Uncapped 30% bonus (after salary validation)
• Client bank to inherit and more acquisitions to follow
• Company car or car allowance after probation
• Private Medical Insurance and Pension contribution
• EMI share scheme after probation
• Laptop, mobile phone, and mileage allowance
• 20 days holiday (increasing to 27 with service) + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown outside of holiday allowance
• Hybrid working: typically 3 days in the office and 2 from home (core Thursday)
• Full paraplanning and administrative support
• Training and development opportunities, including support toward Chartered status

Skills and Experience Required:

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning / CAS status (essential)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience providing face-to-face financial advice
• Excellent relationship management and client care skills
• Experience advising across pensions, investments, ISAs, and IHT planning
• Driven and proactive approach to personal and professional growth
