This is a rare opportunity to inherit an established client bank while also shaping a role that suits your strengths, whether you are driven by business development, client relationship management, or a blend of both.

The Role

This position is designed to be flexible around the successful individual:

  • Manage and develop an inherited client portfolio
  • Option to pursue new business development (“hunter”) or focus on servicing existing relationships (“farmer”)
  • Potential to receive additional clients from the remaining partner’s substantial client base
  • Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team

This role is very flexible, with hybrid and flexible working options at your disposal.

Requirements

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary: ÂŁ50,000- ÂŁ80,000 (Depending on level of experience)
  • Bonus structure considers overall contribution, risk management, and value added — not solely fees generated.
