RecruitUK is working with an established and growing financial planning firm and they're looking to hire a Junior Paraplanner to join their team in Farnborough. You'll be working closely with Financial Advisers, providing technical support across research, report writing, and compliance processes.

The Role

  • Assisting with the preparation of suitability reports, financial plans, and cashflow modelling based on client information and adviser guidance
  • Carrying out research into financial products, investment solutions, and technical planning areas
  • Supporting the production of accurate, professional client reports and recommendations
  • Liaising with clients by phone and in person where required
  • Assisting advisers with meeting preparation and providing technical administrative support
  • Supporting the implementation of advice, including completing and processing applications

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in an IFA Administration or Junior Paraplanning role
  • Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (one exam minimum)
  • Some exposure to report writing or supporting the production of suitability reports
  • Eager to learn and keen to develop a career in paraplanning
  • Experience with an industry relevant CRM / back-office system
