Recruit UK is working with a highly regarded independent financial planning firm seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Financial Planner (or someone close to Chartered status) who enjoys working with affluent and high-net-worth clients and wants access to a strong, consistent flow of quality leads rather than a heavy new business expectation. The Role

  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice to HNW and affluent private clients
  • Manage and develop long-term client relationships
  • Work closely with paraplanning and administrative support teams
  • Advise across investments, retirement planning, tax planning, and protection
  • Review and monitor existing portfolios and planning strategies
  • Handle warm introductions and internally generated leads
  • Build trust with professional, high-achieving clients who expect high standards of service and advice

About You

  • Chartered Financial Planner status preferred
  • STEP qualification desirable
  • Strong experience advising HNW private clients
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and larger portfolios
  • Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working with sophisticated, high-earning individuals
  • Level 6 Diploma qualified with valid SPS
  • Experience within an independent financial planning environment preferred
