Financial Planner โ Digitally Led Wealth Service

Salary: Junior Position โ Dependent on Experience
Weโre representing a highly respected, forward-thinking financial planning firm that is seeking an ambitious Financial Planner to join its digitally led Essentials Service .
This is an exciting opportunity for an adviser who enjoys delivering high-quality financial planning in a modern, tech-enabled environment. The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of advisory experience, hold a Level 4 Diploma (or be close to completion), and be committed to progressing toward Chartered status.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic financial planning and wealth management advice in line with FCA standards.
- Conduct detailed fact finds and assess clientsโ current and future financial goals.
- Develop tailored recommendations across investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning .
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans and suitability reports.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing exceptional ongoing service.
- Proactively manage a client portfolio and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with paraplanners and client support teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Commit to personal development and progression toward Chartered status , fully supported by the firm.
Experience & Qualifications
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Minimum 12 months of client advisory experience , with CAS status held for at least 12 months .
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, tax-efficient strategies, and protection planning .
- Confident conducting client meetings both in-person and digitally.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and CRM systems .
