Recruit UK is working with a well-respected Wealth Management firm in Edinburgh, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Investment Assistant to join their growing team.

As an Investment Assistant you will play a key role in supporting Investment Managers in delivering exceptional client service by preparing portfolio reviews, performance reports, investment presentations, client communications, and meeting documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with portfolio management and operations, including trade execution, portfolio monitoring, account administration, KYC/CDD processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Build and maintain client and intermediary relationships, preparing proposals for prospective clients, conducting investment research, and supporting new business opportunities

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or client support role within the financial services is preferred
  • Working towards or holding an RQF Level 3 CISI qualification is highly advantageous
  • A commitment to achieving the RQF Level 4 CISI Investment Advice Diploma
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
