We’re looking for a proactive and organised Client Service Executive to join a large Wealth Management firm in their Manchester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established investment team in a client-focused role offering long-term career progression and development.
About The Role
As a Client Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for client enquiries, managing all aspects of client administration and lifecycle processes. You’ll work closely with Investment Managers and internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience to private clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full client administration lifecycle, from onboarding and account opening to payments, transfers, and account updates
- Act as a key liaison between clients, investment teams, and operations, ensuring efficient communication
- Support the collection of financial and regulatory information for client suitability reviews
- Prepare client summaries, welcome packs, and assist with quarterly valuations
- Attend client meetings as needed to provide administrative support
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar client administration or client service role within financial services
- Familiarity with investment products and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong Excel and CRM system knowledge
- A proactive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- A-C grades (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English
- Client-facing or line management experience is a plus
