Key Responsibilities- Producing detailed suitability reports and recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
- Providing technical support and guidance to Financial Advisers
- Analysing client information and conducting in‑depth research
- Assisting with complex cases and bespoke financial planning solutions
- Ensuring all work is compliant with FCA regulations and internal standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior paraplanners where required
- Liaising with advisers, administrators, and providers to ensure smooth case progression
- Proven experience in a Senior or experienced Paraplanner role
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning
