Are you an experienced paraplanning or technical professional ready to step into a leadership role? Recruit UK are seeking a Team Leader to join a dynamic and growing wealth management firm. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Technical/Paraplanning Team, managing the flow of tasks and report writing requests from a team of Financial Advisers. You will play a key role in ensuring service levels are consistently met, FCA regulations are adhered to, and all work is delivered to the highest standards.

As Team Leader, you will also take responsibility for the training and development of the team, providing ongoing support, conducting regular performance and development reviews, and acting as a strong line manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to combine their technical expertise with leadership and team development in a fast-paced, professional environment.
