Recruit UK are working with a Financial Planning company on the outskirts of Llanelli, who are looking for an Administrator to join their back-office team. This role will see you working directly with experienced Financial Advisers, who specialise in offering bespoke advice on pensions, investments and inheritance planning to high-net-worth clients. You will be supporting with the full administration process, providing ample opportunity to progress your skills and experience.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining back-office system and client records
  • Preparing for client meetings
  • Supporting with client research, preparing recommendations, valuations etc.
  • Booking and arranging client meetings
  • Answering client calls, liaising with product providers and dealing with ad-hoc client requests

Skills and experience required:
