Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator in Bristol to join a thriving Financial Planning firm.
Our client is a well-established wealth management practice that has advised individuals for over 30 years. They have an excellent reputation for delivering lifestyle financial planning to a wide range of clients across the UK. They are an Independent and Chartered practice on the outskirts of the centre that is facing growth due to their ongoing success.
Duties will include but not limited to:
· Maintain client relationships, client liaison
· Document management
· Work alongside Financial Planners and Paraplanners
· Preparing paperwork for clients and Financial Planners
· Processing new business
· Completing valuations
· Report writing
· Previous experience in a Financial Services Administrator role
· Good knowledge of Intelligent Office and Voyant systems (not essential)
· Excellent communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work as a team, and independently
· Client liaison experience
· Excellent numeracy skills
