A well-established and reputable investment management firm is known for its commitment to acting responsibly and delivering tailored wealth management services, is looking for a detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support their London Investment Management team.

With a focus on long-term sustainability and exceptional client care, they offer a supportive and forward-thinking work environment. This is a pivotal role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-notch client service.

Key Duties:

  • Set up and maintain client accounts while adhering to AML requirements.
  • Handle account updates, including changes to client details.
  • Provide support for portfolio transfers, account closures, and CGT information reviews.
  • Ensure all client communication is accurately managed and appropriately filed.
  • Assist with reception responsibilities, such as call handling, guest management, and meeting preparation.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to process enhancements.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Background in a similar role within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Investment Management.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and the firm’s services.
  • Strong initiative and eagerness to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, grade A-C.
