Recruit UK is supporting a well-established Wealth Management firm in their search for an Investment Administrator to join their Southampton team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator looking to build a long-term career in financial services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative and organisational support to Investment Managers
- Open and maintain client accounts, ensuring AML and compliance requirements are met
- Prepare documentation and materials ahead of client meetings
- Liaise with Operations and Accounts departments to resolve client and transactional queries
- Maintain accurate client records and relevant logs
- Support the production and dispatch of valuations within regulatory timescales
- Handle client queries professionally, building and maintaining strong relationships

Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma or working towards (desirable)
- Previous experience in financial services or investment administration (essential)
- Strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, numerate and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A general understanding of the stock market or investment operations (desirable)
