Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a Financial Planning Administrator to their Norwich office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support advisers in preparing for client review meetings
  • Maintain accurate client records and plan information within Intelligent Office (IO)
  • Request and obtain information from providers, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Produce client valuations, reports, and review documentation
  • Process new business applications and submissions
  • Liaise with product providers to progress cases through to completion
  • Handle client and provider queries via phone and email
  • Produce client correspondence and supporting documentation
  • Maintain compliant and accurate client files
  • Work closely with advisers and colleagues to deliver exceptional client service

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year's experience supporting a Financial Adviser
  • Previous experience within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Client-focused with a commitment to service excellence
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to work
  • Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) would be advantageous
