Recruit UK is working with a fantastic small close-knit firm in Leeds that is looking for an experienced Client Administrator to join a Financial Planning firm to join its growing team. This is a fabulous opportunity for someone with financial services or wealth management experience who is looking for a family-friendly and supportive working environment that promotes work-life balance.
The Role: As a Client Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Financial Adviser, helping to ensure clients receive an efficient and professional service.
Responsibilities:
- Process new business, client onboarding and ongoing administration.
- Liaise with product providers regarding investments, pensions and protection policies.
- Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards.
- Assist with investment and pension cases, including regular contributions and lump sum investments.
- Confidently make outbound calls to clients to arrange Annual Review Meetings.
