Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a Client Support Administratorposition in Ewloe to join a leading Independent Financial Advice firm to support in the delivery of high-quality services to their private wealth clients.
This will be a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Financial Services Administrator who is looking to obtain their level 4, and progress into a Paraplanner role. The company have a track record of promoting their employees, with a handful of their current adviser having started in administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Financial Advisors and Paraplanners with managing clients and providers.
- Processing new business, withdrawals and fund switches.
- Preparing client meeting packs.
- Contacting clients to arrange meetings.
- Assisting paraplanners with reports

Skills and experience required:
- Financial Services Administration experience, ideally gained working in a Financial Advice company
- Ability to work from office full time
