Our client has built an outstanding on-site MSK service that has grown significantly over recent years. They are looking for an experienced clinician who can confidently hit the ground running, deliver exceptional patient care and support the existing team during a three-month locum assignment whilst they recruit permanently. To be considered, you’ll have:
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Typically 4+ years’ post-registration MSK experience, or equivalent demonstrable advanced clinical experience gained within private practice, elite sport, occupational health or another specialist MSK setting

- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision making

What Will You Be Doing?
You’ll provide specialist musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis and treatment to employees within a busy on-site healthcare service for a world-renowned performance organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied MSK caseload
- Assessing acute and chronic musculoskeletal presentations
- Developing evidence-based rehabilitation programmes
- Delivering high-quality treatment interventions
- Supporting patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Working closely with Physiotherapists, Doctors and key stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records
- Contributing to health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
- Supporting service improvement activities where appropriate
The role combines hands-on clinical practice with the opportunity to influence wider wellbeing, rehabilitation and injury prevention services.
Working Hours and Environment:
Our client is seeking support for approximately 30-40 hours per week. There is flexibility around how those hours are delivered, and applications are welcomed from clinicians interested in:
- Five shorter working days
- Four longer working days
- Three condensed working days
The preference is for someone who can provide support across the working week where possible. This is an on-site role based in Woking, Surrey. Due to the nature of the position, candidates should be within a realistic daily commuting distance or be willing to temporarily relocate for the duration of the contract.
Reaching Your Potential:
You’ll be joining an established on-site healthcare team consisting of experienced Physiotherapists and Doctors, delivering proactive musculoskeletal and wellbeing support to a large employee population. The service is highly respected, clinically driven and continues to evolve. You’ll benefit from working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team whilst maintaining the autonomy expected of an experienced MSK clinician. This assignment offers a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience across occupational health, rehabilitation and advanced MSK practice, whilst gaining exposure within a truly unique performance environment that very few clinicians get the opportunity to experience.
