All About You

We're looking for someone who's passionate about helping women move confidently through every stage of life.

You’ll ideally have:

• HCPC Registration
• Strong musculoskeletal Physiotherapy experience
• Experience within Pelvic Health, or a genuine special interest supported by postgraduate training
• Confidence managing your own caseload
• Excellent communication skills
• A holistic, patient-centred approach
• Passion for education, rehabilitation and empowering patients
• Pilates experience or an interest in developing this area would be highly advantageous.

What Will You Be Doing?

You’ll manage a varied Women's Health caseload within a calm, supportive private clinic environment.

Your work will include:

• Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
• Postnatal rehabilitation
• Pelvic floor dysfunction
• Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions
• Exercise rehabilitation
• Individual rehabilitation planning
• Patient education
• One-to-one Pilates (if qualified or interested in developing this area)
• Helping shape the continued growth of the Women's Health service

You’ll have the freedom to practise in a way that prioritises outstanding patient outcomes rather than rushing through appointments.

Working Hours and Environment

This role currently offers approximately 15 hours across two flexible days, although there's genuine scope to increase your hours as the service continues growing.

There is no expectation to work evenings or weekends, although additional clinic availability exists should you wish to build your diary further.

The clinic itself has been purpose-built within a modern fitness environment, creating an ideal setting for rehabilitation, movement-based care and collaborative working.
