Why You'll Love It:

You won't be joining with an empty diary and being left to build everything from scratch. Our client is succession planning ahead of an experienced Physiotherapist relocating overseas in 2027. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside them during the transition, build relationships with existing patients and gradually inherit an established and loyal caseload alongside the patient base you develop yourself. For us, that's one of the biggest attractions here. You get the security of permanent employment and an established private practice around you, but your earning potential isn't capped as your caseload grows. There's also a real emphasis on helping clinicians become successful long-term private practitioners, not simply great clinicians.

About the Role:

You’ll join an experienced multidisciplinary private practice, managing a varied MSK caseload and supporting patients from initial assessment through treatment, rehabilitation and ongoing management. Alongside hands-on treatment, there's a strong focus on rehabilitation, movement and longer-term patient outcomes, with access to a dedicated Performance Centre alongside the clinic's established treatment facilities in Kentish Town. This is a full-time, permanent employed position with a five-day-per-week commitment.

How Your Pay Works:

You’ll have a guaranteed minimum salary from £35,000 per annum, agreed according to your experience. Following successful completion of your three-month probationary period, your actual pay will be 30% of your clinical billings or your guaranteed minimum salary, whichever is higher. There is no upper earnings ceiling, so as your caseload and billings grow, so can your income. Earnings are calculated monthly on a year-to-date annualised basis, helping to smooth out natural fluctuations such as annual leave.

All About You:

The sweet spot for our client is someone with around 2–4 years' private practice experience who already feels confident independently managing a varied MSK caseload. However, they're also open to exceptional Physiotherapists with around 1+ year's private practice experience who have strong clinical foundations, excellent patient skills and the drive to continue developing.

  • Essential:
  • HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
  • Minimum of approximately one year's private practice experience
  • Strong MSK assessment, treatment and rehabilitation skills
  • Confidence managing and developing your own patient caseload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Warm, professional and genuinely patient focused
  • Comfortable working towards individual targets within a supportive team environment
  • Desirable:
  • Around 2–4 years' private practice experience
  • Insurance provider registration, although support can be provided if you're not currently registered
  • Living within approximately one hour's commute of Camden

Reaching Your Potential:

Our client has been providing high-quality MSK healthcare in North London for more than 25 years, building an exceptional reputation for patient care, with hundreds of 5-star reviews and multiple industry awards. You’ll join a small, experienced multidisciplinary team where camaraderie, support and clinical excellence genuinely matter. Many clinicians have chosen to remain with the practice for a significant part of their careers. Structured mentorship will help you develop not only clinically, but also in patient communication, retention, caseload development and the skills needed to build a successful long-term career within private practice.
