Why You'll Love It

If you've reached the point in your career where you're looking for more than simply another podiatry job, keep reading. This is a clinic where experienced clinicians are encouraged to influence the future of the business, mentor others and continue developing themselves rather than simply filling a diary. One thing really stood out when we met our client… They genuinely celebrate success. Whether that's investing in new technology, supporting further qualifications, helping clinicians move into leadership or rewarding contribution through their Hybrid Profit Sharing Scheme, they believe great people should be recognised and rewarded. You'll also work with some of the latest technology available within private podiatry while collaborating with clinicians who support elite athletes, professional golfers and high-performing sports people. It's ambitious, progressive and refreshingly forward-thinking.

All About You

We're looking for an experienced Podiatrist who enjoys delivering exceptional patient care while helping others develop. You'll ideally have:

  • HCPC Registration
  • Around four or more years' clinical experience
  • Confidence managing a varied podiatry caseload independently
  • Experience in diabetic foot care and high-risk patient management
  • Biomechanics and orthotic prescription experience
  • Nail surgery experience or an interest in developing further
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for mentoring and supporting less experienced clinicians
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Most importantly, you'll enjoy being part of a collaborative team that continually strives to improve.

What Will You Be Doing?

You'll manage a varied private podiatry caseload while also helping shape clinical standards across a growing organisation. Your work will include:

  • General podiatry
  • High-risk and diabetic foot care
  • Wound management
  • Biomechanical assessment
  • Orthotic prescription
  • SWIFT verruca treatment
  • Nail surgery
  • Community and domiciliary visits
  • Supporting and mentoring junior clinicians
  • Clinical governance and service development
  • Promoting podiatry services within the local community

This is a role where your experience will genuinely influence both patients and colleagues.

Working Hours and Environment

Full-time is preferred, although part-time applications are warmly welcomed. A minimum commitment of three days per week is required. Our client offers genuine flexibility with:

  • Condensed hours
  • Flexible working patterns
  • Optional Saturday clinics for additional earnings if desired
  • Typical clinic hours are approximately 8:30am to 6:00pm.

You'll work across modern clinics in Laindon, Maldon, Corringham and Rochford, each benefiting from advanced technology, excellent administrative support and strong patient demand.

Reaching Your Potential

This organisation has built its reputation by continually investing in both its people and its technology. You'll receive regular coaching through monthly development meetings, funded CPD, leadership mentoring and exposure to advanced clinical techniques that keep you at the forefront of modern podiatry. For clinicians with ambitions beyond simply treating patients, there are genuine opportunities to progress into Lead Podiatrist and wider leadership positions as the organisation continues to grow. Combined with the Hybrid Profit Sharing Scheme, structured development and a genuinely supportive culture, this is a role that offers both immediate reward and long-term career progression.

We will contact all shortlisted candidates. Please note that we retain the right to close the advert early if a suitable candidate is appointed. Employment offers are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks. Our client promotes diversity and equal opportunity. Permanent right to work in the UK is required.
