Why You'll Love It

Some clinics talk about being supportive. This one genuinely is.

Our client has built a brilliant reputation not only for the care they provide but for the way they look after their team. The culture is refreshingly down to earth, collaborative and centred around helping one another succeed.

This is not a place for egos. It's a place for clinicians who enjoy being part of a team, sharing ideas, learning from experienced colleagues and rolling their sleeves up when needed.

If you're looking for a private practice role where you'll be supported, challenged and valued in equal measure, this could be a fantastic next step.

All About You

  • HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
  • Chartered Physiotherapist
  • Strong MSK assessment and treatment skills
  • Ideally Band 6 level experience or equivalent
  • Comfortable managing a varied private MSK caseload
  • Strong rehabilitation and exercise prescription skills
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Happy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
  • Passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Sporting background or interest in sport would be advantageous
  • Sports massage experience would be beneficial
  • Private practice experience welcomed but not essential
  • No big egos, just good people who want to contribute positively to the team

What Will You Be Doing?

You will be managing a varied MSK caseload within an established and growing private practice in the heart of Bath.

The clinic has a strong rehabilitation and sporting focus, with patients ranging from everyday active individuals through to more performance-driven populations.

You will carry out detailed assessments, provide hands‑on treatment, develop rehabilitation programmes and support patients through every stage of their recovery journey.

You will work closely with the wider clinical team, including Senior Physiotherapists, a Specialist Chronic Pain Physiotherapist and an experienced Sports Therapist.

This is a hands‑on role and the successful Physiotherapist will be comfortable occasionally supporting sports massage demand when required as part of the wider team approach.

Working Hours and Environment

  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Flexible working pattern
  • Opportunity to largely choose your preferred working days and hours
  • No clinic availability currently on Thursdays or Fridays
  • Saturday clinics could be considered for the right candidate
  • Permanent employed position
  • Single‑site clinic based in Bath

Reaching Your Potential

Founded by an experienced Physiotherapist with a passion for delivering exceptional rehabilitation, our client has built a respected private practice known for clinical excellence, patient‑centred care and a genuinely supportive team culture.

The clinic combines hands‑on physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports therapy, performance training and specialist chronic pain management to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Learning and development are actively encouraged. You'll have access to experienced mentors within the team, ongoing clinical support and opportunities for both internal and external CPD.

This role would particularly suit a Physiotherapist who sits comfortably in that Band 6 equivalent space and wants to continue developing clinically whilst being surrounded by experienced clinicians who enjoy supporting others.
