It's the perfect opportunity to build a long‑term career rather than simply finding your next job.</p> <h2><b>All About You</b></h2> <p>We're looking for someone who is passionate about both delivering excellent patient care and helping others around them succeed.</p> <p>What we are looking for:</p> <ul> <li>HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist</li> <li>CSP membership</li> <li>Around 4-6 years' post‑qualification MSK Physiotherapy experience (private practice experience welcomed but not essential)</li> <li>Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills</li> <li>Confidence managing a varied private MSK caseload independently</li> <li>Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills</li> <li>A genuine interest in mentoring, leadership and developing other clinicians</li> <li>A proactive, solutions‑focused approach</li> <li>Ambition to progress into a Clinic Principal role</li> </ul> <p>Previous mentoring, student supervision or leadership experience would be advantageous but certainly isn't essential.

Personality, attitude and leadership potential are just as important.</p> <h2><b>What Will You Be Doing?</b></h2> <p>You’ll spend the majority of your time delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred Physiotherapy while gradually taking on additional leadership responsibilities as your confidence develops.</p> <p>Your role will include:</p> <ul> <li>Assessing and treating a broad range of private MSK patients</li> <li>Managing complex musculoskeletal presentations and creating personalised treatment plans</li> <li>Working collaboratively with Osteopaths, Sports Therapists and other clinicians within the multidisciplinary team</li> <li>Utilising advanced rehabilitation techniques, shockwave therapy and other treatment technologies where appropriate</li> <li>Participating in regular clinical discussions and CPD sessions</li> <li>Supporting junior colleagues through mentoring and case discussions</li> <li>Gradually taking ownership of aspects of the clinic's day‑to‑day operations</li> <li>Helping to maintain exceptional patient experience and clinical standards</li> <li>Playing an active role in the future growth and success of the clinic</li> </ul> <p>As your leadership journey develops, you’ll receive structured support to build your confidence in areas such as team management, mentoring, operating leadership and business development.</p> <h2><b>Working Hours and Environment</b></h2> <p>This is a full‑time permanent employed position based within a modern, well‑equipped private clinic in the centre of Taunton.</p> <p>You’ll work within a friendly multidisciplinary team that genuinely enjoys collaborating and learning from one another.
